Amanda has been leading organisational transformations for 30 years for corporates eager to remain relevant as Agile and Digital organisations. She provide strategic project support to clients for projects as diverse as Organisational Transformation, Digital HR, Cultural Transformations, Learning Management, Learning Design, Organisational Design, New Age Recruitment Practices and Job Framework Development. Her clients include companies such as Toyota, Coca Cola, Discovery, RisCura. Internet Solutions, Volkswagen, Edcon, Exxaro and Anglo American.
Amanda’s passion is to understand how HR practices can support employees and businesses to survive in the current age of rapid digital transformation. With a deep love for learning and facilitation, Amanda has presented at several international and a number of local conferences and regularly writes blogs and articles. She also continues to engage with teams at all levels presenting a variety of capability building training courses.

Since the mid-90's Mike has been consulting and helping leaders to grow and transform their organisations in the digital age. He is responsible for helping build "Future Fit" leadership teams that can drive the cultural change needed for successful digital transformation in order to thrive in the 4th industrial revolution.
He engages on the international speaker circuit, through workshops, change programmes or via one to one coaching. He is also a founding partner in Heavy Chef, an inspiration platform for entrepreneurs, innovators and leaders in technology, as well as a director of various new age technology companies.
Mike has worked with leaders and cultures in all sectors, but particularly in finance, automotive, publishing, retail, marketing and government. They include Estee Lauder, iStore, Hyundai, Government, Rand Merchant Bank, Virgin Mobile, Old Mutual and Woolworths.
Mike is passionate about helping organisations to become kinder and shift their culture to be more Agile, Exploratory and Collaborative.

Associate and Founder
Kim holds a Masters degree in Industrial Psychology coupled with more than 20 year’s experience in the HR field across a wide variety of industries, including Wholesale & Retail, Government, Hospitality, Information Technology and Manufacturing.
Kim started out in Learning and Development where she developed deep expertise in the NQF and SETA industries. This was followed by a period of focussing on Organisational Development which included acting as Manpower Development Manager for nearly 5 years at GrandWest Casino.
After GrandWest, Kim gained wide experience about the HR Generalist field at SAB which gave her the grounding for a position as Group HR Executive for Grand Parade Investment, where she managed a team of 12 individuals to ensure the achievement of consistency across the group HR practices for the business.
Kim’s strong capabilities include HR Strategy Development, Organisational Development and Design, HR Frameworks, Tools and Methodologies, Industrial Relations, Talent Acquisition, Development and Management.

Jacomine helps business leaders design and implement the necessary HR tools and processes that will help their team do their best work every day by combining longstanding HR principles and contemporary thought leadership. Whether it’s a short-term project or long-term partnership, she assists companies to ultimately deliver their envisioned employee experience and journey.
She has worked in the Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management field for more than a decade and has found her passion in researching and sharing new ideas for creating great workplace experiences. With real strength in performance management, training and development, and design thinking.
As an entrepreneur she supports companies on their HR journeys to Future Fitness.

Elana is an out-of-the-box thinking, coffee-sipping, graphic/web designer who thrives in dynamic environments. She has over 9 years' experience in wowing her clients and creating awesome communication.
She is passionate about people, psychology, technology, and anything creative. Being a problem-solver, she found her sweet spot in brand transformations for consultancies and coaches, helping them to remain customer focused, whilst staying true to their beliefs and values as a company.

Passionate about aligning People, Strategy and Operating Model to support organisations in their transformation journey. Annsha specialises in evolving an organisation during times of disruption and transition. With over 20 years experience in HR and organisational behaviour, both as a consultant and as a HR leader in large corporates.
Annsha has worked across the globe helping organisations to be agile and become Future Fit.

Zola has over 17 years’ experience in Marketing and Advertising, having worked for numerous blue-chip organisations in South Africa.
She merges her communications experience with her passion for building great employee brands.
Zola combines the need for purpose led brands, with strong organisational culture, and career alignment. With GrayFeather, she specialises in people development, centred around a wellness approach to work, and focused on talent acquisition, training, and employee engagement.
