Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT FOR COURSES AND WORKSHOPS

  • The price for each event is listed in the event brochure and on the Grayfeather Consulting website.
  • The price excludes VAT.
  • The price for events is not negotiable.
  • Full payment of course fees must be received upon course registration before attendance of an event can be confirmed.

PAYMENT DETAILS

  • Please make cheques payable to Grayfeather Consulting (Pty) Ltd.
  • EFTs or deposits can be made to the following bank account.

    • Type: Current Account
    • Reference number: Client name & Course number
  • Please note that proof of payment must be emailed to events@grayfeather.co.za.

CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION

  • When the payment for the event has been received, Grayfeather Consulting will send you a confirmation of registration email with the course details.
  • If you have not received a confirmation of registration email before the event, please contact Grayfeather Consulting on events@grayfeather.co.za.
  • Please present your confirmation of registration email on the day of the event start to secure attendance at the event.
  • Grayfeather Consulting reserves the right to refuse admission if full payment has not been received.

CANCELLATIONS AND NON-ATTENDANCE

  • If you need to cancel your registration, please do so in writing up to seven (7) working days before the event. If the cancellation is received in this period, you will be reimbursed the full amount of the registration.
  • If you cancel in a period less than seven (7) days before the event, we will refund 50% of the registration fee.
  • There will be no refund for no-shows and non-attendance on the day of the event.
  • If you are unable to attend yourself, you are welcome to transfer your registration to another person.  Please let us know if you will be sending a substitute and the details of the substitute.
  • We are not able to reduce the costs of registration for attendees that may need to be absent for part of the duration of the event, for example, coming late or leaving early.
  • Grayfeather Consulting will strive to ensure that no changes are made with regards to the venue, presenters, content or date of advertised events. However, if circumstances require it, we reserve the right to make necessary changes.
  • Should Grayfeather, for any reason, need to cancel the course, the registered attendees will be informed and will be entitled to a full refund.
