Package 3 - Advanced

  • Recruitment support

    • Create job adverts, advertise jobs on relevant job boards
    • Screen candidates, schedule interviews and assist with interviews
    • Check references
    • Provide salary comparative data and dummy pay slips
    • Complete hire process
  • Onboarding
    • Issue Letter of Appointment
    • Administer benefits
    • Schedule induction and related administration
  • Training
    • Facilitate basic training programs
    • Reporting on training success
    • Day to day employee management
    • Restructuring implementation
    • Advise on disciplinary matters
  • Undertake consultative stakeholder engagement
  • Ensure performance management, employee relations administration and talent management
  • Perform termination administration

At least 3 days per week on site

Package 4 - Expert

  • Full recruitment management, including policy development and monitoring against EE Plan*
  • Develop employee handbook and define the employee onboarding process
  • Develop templates for HR processes
  • Develop training related policies
  • Facilitate training programs (up to line management level)
  • Deal with all HR service providers, e.g. employee benefits
  • Develop reward and recognition policy
  • Develop ER policy
  • Prepare for CCMA cases
  • Attend BC negotiations, deal with union
  • Perform culture surveys
  • Conduct HR metrics and reporting

At least 4 days per week on site
